Only a very small amount of white wine is made in the Crozes-Hermitage AOP but it is certainly a case of quality over quantity. The M. Chapoutier Petite Ruche Blanc is made from 100% Marsanne, which gives rise to an exciting palate of citrus, floral and exotic fruits.
